Important patch for IE released out-of-cycle

Not sure how many of you have heard about the latest exploit discovered within IE. According to media sources, this vulnerability is so severe it has caused Google to threaten to withdraw from China. The good news is that Microsoft is releasing a patch today that will be available through Microsoft Update.
