A member recently reported to me that, despite knowing what his login details were, he was unable to do so after several attempts on different days. Researching the cause of this took a while, as it was not affecting all users. In fact, only those in certain roles were affected depending on their permission settings. The programmer for the module involved was notified and a fix was developed, which I hope corrects this situation! PLEASE report such issues to me either by direct e-mail or through the CONTACT form on this site whenever they occur. (I cannot correct things I do not know about!)

Some members have still had trouble logging in, even after a manual password reset by me. However, they were able to successfully reset their own password using the Password Recovery option included in this software. Please try that if all else fails!
